What occurs to marriages when the individuals within marriages simply don’t know how to communicate effectively?

They’ve never been exposed to good communication and relationship skills.

Social media, television programming, books, and movies rarely provide good quality relationship guidance.

Their awareness of relationship skills comes from what their parents did or didn’t do and how well they did or didn’t do it.

So very often, it’s “didn’t do.”

What happens to a marriage, with multiple models from multiple parents, step parents, and blended families (with a number of exes and co-parents to communicate with)

They are suffering.
Their children are confused and suffering.
They consider, and often do, seek divorce.

I invite couples to seek out coaching, to find a coach who will support them as they upgrade their communication and relationship skills, distinguish what has been running beneath the surface of their lives and marriages, to get free to love and be loved, with mutual honor and respect, for the rest of their lives.
